Through the acquisition of a majority stake in two agrivoltaic projects from DCH, DRI marks another significant step forward in the development of renewable energy portfolio in Italy.
The two companies have signed an agreement that will lead DRI to full ownership of two agrivoltaic projects with a combined installed capacity of 92MWp—one located in the province of Campobasso (Molise) and the other in the province of Foggia (Apulia). Once completed, the plants will generate approximately 195,000 MWh of renewable energy annually, meeting the electricity needs of around 75,000 households and preventing the emission of over 54,200 tonnes of CO₂ into the atmosphere.
This initiative will foster the socio-economic development of the Puglia and Basilicata regions, as well as that of the local communities involved. It also contributes to Italy’s decarbonisation goals defined in the 2030 National Integrated Energy and Climate Plan and supports the country’s broader energy transition.

In the transaction, SURE–Sustainable Revolution acted as financial advisor to DCH, while legal advisory was provided by Legance for DRI and Hogan Lovells for DCH.
